Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Risk Adjustment initiatives and achieve revenue targets by
collaborating with executive leadership
Coordinate with various functional areas to enhance Risk Adjustment
and Quality initiatives using analytics
Oversee the development of analytics and data for financial
forecasts and communicate program results to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
required
At least two years of experience with Risk Adjustment
Preferred experience at a Manager or Director level
Experience with actuarial, finance, and/or operational activities
of a health plan
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and
improving Risk Adjustment measures
