Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior IT Finance and Invoice Analyst
to manage the invoice processing workflow and ensure financial
accuracy within the IT department.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with
company policies
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve
invoice discrepancies and payment issues
Monitor IT department budgets and vendor contracts to ensure
correct invoice allocation and budget adherence
Required Qualifications
Background in Finance or Accounting, with knowledge of General
Ledger (GL), Amortization, Accruals, and Accounts Payable
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and
financial modeling
Ability to manage high volumes of administrative work
efficiently
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with
technology trends
