Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Accountant to apply
generally accepted accounting principles in analyzing financial
information and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements
and accounting reports
Review budgets, invoices, and other documents to resolve
discrepancies
Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate accounting control
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of property management accounting practices is
preferred
